At Freebird, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn apparel. If your purchase isn't quite right, we are committed to helping you find the perfect fit or providing a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items in their original bags.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
